We just had John from Stronghold Plumbing in for some work on our steam unit as well as installing a water filter system. John was professional, communicated well , was on time and confirmed appointment before each visit. His work area always neat. He was good at explaining what and why. Lastly his pricing was fair. I have been using Stronghold (Noah) for five years. They have done a bathroom remodel as well as unexpected plumbing repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with their work. Noah repaired one source of the leak but discovered that there was another leak between the meter and my house. He quickly arranged for another company that specialized in trenchless repairs to come, do an estimate and complete the work. Throughout the repair, Noah came to check on the work in progress and maintained contact with me until completion. And he didn't charge me for his time!
